People who search for “memoryiit” are usually in one of two situations: comparing sites before buying, or trying to open a gift that already exists. For the first, this page compares what was online on October 1, 2026, with sources and dates. For the second, the honest answer is short: LovePanda has no access to gifts created with another company, and the way forward is to contact the company that sold it.
Comparison written by LovePanda (an interested party), based on public sources checked on October 1, 2026. Memoryiit's and Heartzzu's details come from each one's home page and terms, as seen by a visitor in Brazil, and from the public search on Reclame AQUI (a Brazilian consumer complaints site); the links are under Sources. Competitor prices are in Brazilian reais (BRL), as shown to that visitor, and were not converted. We did not make a test purchase. In an earlier version (September 25, 2026), we reported Memoryiit as offline: the old address still doesn't load, but the site is back on a different domain.

Competitor prices are in Brazilian reais, for visitors from Brazil, according to the pages checked on October 1, 2026; LovePanda's appear live, pulled from the current offer and shown in your currency. Promotions change from one day to the next: before paying anywhere, check at checkout whether the charge is one-time or monthly.
What happened to Memoryiit?
On September 25, 2026, the address memoryiit.com responded with an error and showed no page. On October 1, 2026, it was still the same, but the site was online at memoryiit.online. These are the facts we found there, without speculating about the company:
- Monthly billing: the plan card reads “Basico R$ 29,90/m Assinatura”. Another part of the same page says “Pague uma vez, guarde para sempre” (“pay once, keep forever”) and “Não expira” (“doesn't expire”). The terms say that “every memory only stays active and visible while the monthly subscription is active”.
- Refunds: the page mentions a “money-back guarantee”, but the terms say there is no refund “once the memory page has been created and the link has been sent”.
- Reclame AQUI: the “Memoryiit” page showed 19 complaints and the reputation “Não recomendada” (“Not recommended”).
If you have a gift created there, look for the confirmation email and the payment receipt and contact the company through that channel. If you were thinking of buying, read the terms and check at checkout whether the charge is monthly.
Who Heartzzu is best for
- People who want a familiar look: themes inspired by Netflix, Spotify and Instagram.
- People who want to pay little for one day: R$ 17.00 for 24 hours, with “all features included”, according to the page.
- People who want to edit with no deadline: dashboard editing is available any time, according to its FAQ.
- People who want a few hand-picked photos: up to 4 on the 24-hour plan and up to 8 on lifetime.
Heartzzu shows its legal name and CNPJ on the page and states “+70,000 couples”. The point to watch is in the terms: refunds only in exceptional cases, and the basic plan's duration appears as “1 year”, while the home page sells 24 hours. Check at checkout.
Who LovePanda is best for
For people who want to tell the whole story, pay once and keep it. - Who is the company? Legal name and registration number on the page or in the terms.
