By using LovePanda, you agree to these Terms of Service. We recommend carefully reading this content before continuing to browse or purchasing any product offered on our platform.

02About the Product

LovePanda is a personalized digital gift platform. Upon purchasing a product, you receive access to an interactive, personalized page that includes photos, music, animated retrospective, and other elements configured by you. The product is digital in nature and delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.

03Data and Privacy

We use HTTPS to protect data in transit. Passwords are protected using hashing and are not stored as readable text. For card payments, the full number and security code are processed by Efí Bank and are not stored on LovePanda servers. We retain the information needed to identify purchases, track payments and provide support.

Your photos are stored with complete security and privacy on Amazon (S3) and Cloudflare (R2) servers, with restricted access and rigorous controls. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

04Payments and Processing

LOVEPANDA LTDA is responsible for selling the gifts and providing customer support. Payments are processed by Efí Bank (formerly Gerencianet).

• PIX and credit card: payments are processed by Efí Bank. Available methods and payment conditions are displayed at checkout before confirmation.

Payments are one-time charges, with no monthly or recurring fees. Review the total, selected extras and plan conditions before paying.

05Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product or experience any technical issue we cannot resolve, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

LovePanda handles refund requests. Refunds for payments processed by Efí Bank are requested through Efí. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment method and financial institution.

06Right of Cancellation (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the order confirmation, without needing to provide justification.

Accessing the gift does not, by itself, cancel LovePanda’s commercial 7-day guarantee. This guarantee does not limit rights under applicable law.

To request cancellation or exercise your rights, contact support@lovepanda.co and include the email used for the purchase.

07Product Availability

Purchased experiences remain available on our servers according to the chosen plan. The Lifetime Plan guarantees access for an indefinite period. Gifts can be accessed at any time through the exclusive link sent after payment confirmation.
