By using Lovepanda, you agree to these Terms of Service. We recommend carefully reading this content before continuing to browse or purchasing any product offered on our platform.

About the Product

Lovepanda is a personalized digital gift platform. Upon purchasing a product, you receive access to an interactive, personalized page that includes photos, music, animated retrospective, and other elements configured by you. The product is digital in nature and delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.

Data and Privacy

All information shared with us is handled with the utmost care. User passwords and data are 100% encrypted on our servers. We use cookies for authentication and tools like Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics for behavioral analysis, always respecting your privacy.

Your photos are stored with complete security and privacy on Amazon (S3) and Cloudflare (R2) servers, with restricted access and rigorous controls. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Payments and Processing

Lovepanda uses two payment processors to ensure security and convenience:

• PIX: PIX instant payment transactions are processed by EFI Bank, a payment institution regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil. In these transactions, Lovepanda is the direct seller.
• Credit Card and other methods: Credit card transactions and other payment methods are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd / Paddle.com Inc), which acts as the Merchant of Record. This means that, for card payments, Paddle is the authorized seller of the product on behalf of Lovepanda. The charge will appear on your bank statement as "Paddle" or "PADDLE.NET".

By making a purchase via credit card, you also agree to the Paddle Buyer Terms. All payments are one-time charges — there are no monthly fees or recurring charges.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product or experience any technical issue we cannot resolve, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

For payments processed by Paddle (credit card), the refund will be handled by Paddle according to its policy. Consumers located in the European Union have a 14-day right of cancellation without needing to provide justification, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. This right does not apply to digital content that has already been accessed or downloaded.

Right of Cancellation (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the order confirmation, without needing to provide justification.

Exception: Under European legislation, the right of cancellation does not apply to the supply of digital content that has already begun to be streamed or accessed. By completing the purchase and accessing your digital gift, you acknowledge that the content was delivered immediately and that you waive your right of cancellation from that point forward.

Product Availability

Purchased experiences remain available on our servers according to the chosen plan. The Lifetime Plan guarantees access for an indefinite period. Gifts can be accessed at any time through the exclusive link sent after payment confirmation.

Lovepanda is a product of LOVEPANDA LTDA, a company registered under CNPJ 60.623.888/0001-40. Any misuse of the brand, content copying, or unauthorized reproduction will be handled in accordance with Brazilian intellectual property laws.
